Minutes of the previous meeting: Read. Accepted with one amendment, regarding the position of a comma in the Treasurer's surname.

Item 1. Treasurer's report. Presented. Received. No questions.

Item 2. Membership report. Presented. Received. The Society notes the admission of Mr Lionel Quesnel (#00470), the first Fellow elected by electronic submission via the Society's website. The Membership Secretary observed that the admission had occasioned no procedural objection. The observation was minuted.

Item 3. The Errors Register. The Secretary reported that the Register had received eleven submissions during the year, of which seven had been accepted. The seven were enumerated. The Society confirmed receipt by acclamation.

Item 4. The Antipodean Chapter. The matter was raised. The matter was set aside. The Society confirmed that the matter would be raised, and set aside, again at the next AGM.

Item 5. Election of officers. Conducted by show of hands. All officers re-elected.

Any Other Business. None.

The Curator's note, appended in 2026: this is the only Annual General Meeting in the Society's history at which all items on the order paper were addressed and concluded within the meeting in which they were tabled. The Society has not, at the time of writing, equalled the achievement.
